IDRAW is operated by I DRAW LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), a United States limited liability company. IDRAW is a private capital platform offered to operating businesses located in the United States. We do not operate outside of the United States.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you visit our websites, submit an application, or use the IDRAW platform.

We collect information from three places:

• From you directly — your email, business name, contact phone, owner details, business address, bank statements, and any other information you choose to provide as part of an application or portal interaction.
• Automatically — device, browser, IP address, page-view activity, the referring URL, the marketing campaign code you arrived with (if any), and how you interact with our pages.
• From third parties — credit bureaus, bank-data providers, fraud-detection services, and identity-verification services we use as part of underwriting.

• To evaluate your application and underwrite credit.
• To operate the IDRAW platform — funding draws, posting payments, sending account updates, generating contracts.
• To improve our product and to measure how our marketing pages perform.
• To follow up with you about your application. We do this by email and by phone.
• To meet our legal, regulatory, and audit obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not rent personal information. We do not share personal information with data brokers.

We do share information with the service providers we use to operate the platform (cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing, credit bureaus, identity verification, fraud prevention, analytics). These providers are bound by contract to use the information only to perform the service we hired them for.

We may share information when required by law (subpoena, court order, regulator) or to investigate suspected fraud or to protect the rights, safety, or property of I DRAW LLC, our customers, or the public.

If you submit your email to us, we may follow up by email or phone about your application and about IDRAW. You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message we send, or by emailing credit@myidraw.com. Transactional messages about your application or your IDRAW account will continue regardless of marketing preferences.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure traffic, and attribute conversions. Some of these are essential to the site functioning (e.g. session cookies). Others help us understand performance. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies; some parts of the site may not work correctly without them.

We retain application and account information for as long as required by federal and state lending, anti-money laundering, and record-retention laws — typically five to seven years after the relationship ends. Marketing-only leads are retained for up to three years from last activity.

We protect information with industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, audit logging, and ongoing security review. Despite our efforts, no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Depending on your state, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or limit how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email credit@myidraw.com and tell us what you would like. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

IDRAW is offered only to businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email or through an in-product notice.
